Friendly staff (starting from the three lovely ladies at the front desk, all the trainers, and to the management), clean premises, and great equipment for any kind of workout. You never feel bad around the people over there, because you see zero ego, zero show-off, and absolutely zero disrespect of the others. Equipment are high quality and well kept (sometimes it takes long to have them fixed if out of order, but they make sure everyone's safe) and the quantities are enough (I never waited for anything during the two years I went there). The outdoor track is also a well paved one for anyone interested in taking a walk/jug/run in open air. Finally, the parking is never a problem (the centre is located within a parking garage).

This gym is the best kept secret in town. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Equipment is clean. Environment is overall wonderful. Love it.

Fitness Center is super clean and they have it all, swimming, heated pool, line dancing classes, outdoor track and my favorite is the dry sauna... they cater to seniors since we don't know too much about equipment, the friendliest staff and front desk always greets with a smile, can't ask for anything else in regards to a fitness center ...oh and they provide towels small and big towels : )

I know a few other gyms in town but this one is my favorite one. The monthly fee swings from $30 to $60 depending if you are a covenant employee or not. Usually they are not full and machines are always available for you. My favorite place is the racket ball court which is a state of the art technology. They have a swimming pool as well.
